If any part of the Sharkbalisong is damaged within one month of purchase and the damage impairs the product's functionality, please contact me to confirm. After verifying the liability for the issue, I will replace the damaged part free of charge.

To be eligible for this policy, the damage must impair the functionality of the part. Normal wear and tear (including scratches and dents caused by repeated impacts) is not covered under this warranty, unless the wear and tear impairs the product's functionality or I confirm that it is caused by a manufacturing defect.
